One thing I’ve came to realize:

This might be the first year that Adidas dominated Nike in terms of college basketball.

Kansas - Adidas

Memphis - Adidas

UCLA - Adidas

Carolina - Nike (Jordan)

Because UNC wears the Jordan brand shoes and jerseys, this might be the first time since the creation of Nike that they are not represented in the Final Four. There were no swooshes on the court this weekend, something very unlikely in the basketball world. Is Adidas the lucky sponsor for college basketball? Maybe. 

Perhaps UNC should reconsider the jumpman for the triple bars? Nah, Adidas basketball apparel is atrocious, but at least they got 3 teams to the Final Four.
